Clomid is an interesting drug. It is taken on days 5-9 of the cycle. Women are not all the same. Most women that I know took several consecutive cycles of Clomid. Often after a few months 2-3, the dose will be increased to 2 tablets daily on cycle days 5-9. I have had patients who took 3 tablets daily
on cycle days 5-9. Of course as the dose increases so does the risk of multiple births....6,7 children all at once.

After 7 months of trying artificial insemination with nothing else, I got pregnant on my 1st month of Chlomid. Be careful! They say you could get multiples!!! (Unless this is what you want!!!) Good luck- this isn't the easiest road and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
