Ok, well to start off sperm doesnt necessarily grow...you may be talking about sperm numbers growing? Some say you should try and do it every other day to let the sperm count multiply, BUT it only takes one to fertilize an egg. As long as it isnt like every two hours that you are doing it, he should have a good amount. You may consider only doing the positions that allow for the best flow of sperm into the vagina ex:missionary or doggy...woman on top doesnt help sperm travel up well. Anyways, I hope that helps...

Maybe the problem is that you and your husband are having too much sex. When trying to conceive, you have sex on the days that you are most fertile like every other day so that the sperm count will stay high. He is draining himself by having too much sex so when its time for you to ovulate his sperm count is low.

The key to getting pregnant is to stop trying to conceive. Usually by relaxing and enjoying the moment your body can flow naturally and everything works better when your relaxed. This worked for my friend. Her husband and her had been trying for 2 years and then quit trying and 4 months later it just happend. Best of luck. Its always fun trying.

As far as I know men make sperm continuosly, when you are TTC however the advice is to make love every 2nd or 3rd day.
Ask him to hold off just for one day and do it every other day until you get a +, then you can go back to as often as you like!

Everything that I have read states that the more you have sex around the time you ovulate you increase your chances of becoming pregnant. I wouldn't have him wait unless his sperm count is already low. If it's not low - have sex every day - that way you won't take the chance of missing when you ovulate.
