Trying to Concieve?

This will be the 6th month, me and my husband have been ttc, usually I get up right after we have sex to go the the bathroom to keep from getting a uti, but this month, I've laying down for about 20-30 minutes afterwards to try to keep the sperm from leaking out, has anyone else ever tried this and it work?

I say after sex, stand on your head for a half hour, help those little buddies along!! :)
