Trying to Conceive - March 2007

What steps can be taken to ensure you get pregnant when trying for a baby, please dont say have sex, im trying that lol.

I've had surgery done twice already to remove endometriosis, do I still have a chance of getting pregnant? I am 35 years old, never conceived.

I am not sure if I had a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy..Has anyone been through it that can help??
I was 7 days late for my period, I am usually never late, I am 28-30 days on target...I had all the symptons, but tested 3 times, and was negative.
Yesterday morning, I had horrible cramps (which I never have normally either) then I started bleeding. I did not think much about it, but when my finance and I had sex last night, I bled very heavily, and when in the shower after word, I noticed a piece of something in the water, it did not go down the drain as typically blood would...it was a small (navy bean size) red ball looking thing, attached to a pink about 1/2 inch ling stringy thing. There it was also attched to a smaller red ball with a smaller pink little cord.
I freaked, becaise I have never seen that, it was hard and solid.
Does anyone know what that might have been? Tissue??
I feel silly, but I have never been through this before.
Does anyone have any clues?

when it time for my period my body changes i get mood swings cramps back pain and head hurts bad and sore nipples. all this takes place the week before on through the whole period.... but this month i have no pain nothing.. and my period is due today.... could this be b/c it is going to be lite or late or am i the big PG

i have just brought the clearblue fertility monitor and i was just wondering if anybody else has got one and tried it? if so have you had any luck with it and how soon did you become pregnant. i brought the personia fertility monitor about 4 years ago now and it only showed up that i ovulated once out of a whole entire year and i did not fall pregnant so i stoped using it. a year later i fell pregnant without it, but what i want to know is has anybody fallen pregnant with the clearblue fertility monitor. i have been trying for a year now ttc i have been to see the doctor but they won't do anything until i have been trying for over two years and i have been using the ovulation test sticks so far.bbt does not work for me i have tried it and my cervical mucas is not much help either.

I came off the pillI and iv been trying to conceive since Sep 06 my periods are all over the place Sep 9th, Nov 5th, Dec 24th ,Jan 27th but none since then. I done i preg test on 18th March and it was neg. I know it takes a while for them to become regular but this is a joke. Iv also started using pre-seed , but when im i suppose to know when im ovulating.

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for few months..but no luck yet since Im somewhat irregular with my periods..I went to the doctor last week, she told me to go on the pill to help me regulate my periods for 3 months. she said that after 3 months I would have greater chances of conceiving.
does going on the pill really help regulating periods??
did anyone else go through this procedure?

i'm not sure but i think i had implantation bleeding yesterday and the day before. it was light in color the first day and dark yesterday and only when i wiped. none today yet. but i am supposed to go help my brother move today and i don't know if i should be doing this kind of thing. i know not to lift anything heavy but couldn't i carry boxes and stuff? they live on the second floor at an apartment right now, so that's a lot of stairs? please help!!

right my cycles are somwhat irregular....

i have been ttc for 6 months now but i am having somewot irregular periods i.e one month it will be a 28 and the next a 30 then would go on say back to a 28 day cycle.

last month i had a 33 day cycle period was 6 days late it usally only 1 or 2 days late (thought i had fallen pregnant) so what date should i have been ovulating this month??

i am sorry if this soundsa dumb Q.

Been trying to conceive for 3 years without any luck. I'm very fit and healthy, and i've already had a child with the same partner 10 years ago. We have been stressed out, but there are no other medical problems. I've tried ovulation tests to work out the right times, and i've tried following my monthly cycle. I'm now using the thermometre, but no luck as let. Would love to have another baby, but we're not obsessive.

I am 25 and for 4 years my husband and i have been trying to get pregnant. We found out i had a septated uterus, and had that fixed, then we found out my thyroid was too fast and got that fixed. Next we found out i had one maybe two blocked tubes and got that fixed. The dr.s cant find anything else wrong with me, but they just decided to test my husband and his all came back low, count, motility and morphology. He has an appt. with the urologist. So i am just worried that we will never get pregnant. Because I worry that with the low morphology that they cant fix that. And I also worry what is going to go wrong next? I have been on clomid for 7 times, over the last 3 years and have done 2 IUI's. Does anybody have advice? or had similiar situations? or success stories?

Im cramping like my period is about to come any minute ( was due yesterday)...Is it normal to have those strong of cramps? Ive been cramping for about three days...Im so scared this ones not gonna stick, but I "knew" I was pregnant since a few days past ovulation....Thanks for any info

I am 7 dpo, the last two days I have had some mild cramping just below the ovaries. Today I had a little stronger cramping. I know that this could be pre-period cramping, but normally I get back-cramps and nausea before I start and only about 5 days before. Could what I be experienceing be implantation cramping? Can you get implantation cramping without the bleeding or pinkish discharge? I am not due to start my period until april 1st.

we have been on clomid for the last 5 months and also glucphage. last month i thought i was pg and thenit turned out i wasnt. well last night i ate dinner and was going too get ready for bed when i just started throwing up for no reason. i have been nauseated lately and my boobs are awful sore more than they have ever been .i was at work yesterday and i got really weak and shaking and my co workers started giving me all kinds of things to help me out. what i am asking is do you think that these are really signs of me being pg this month . only serious answers please thanks

My cervix have been high and soft for almost a week but my temp has been staying at 36.4 degree celsius for also almost week too... since my temperature is so low i dun suspose i am ovulating? My menses should be due on 28th March (in 4 days time).... 1 over weeks ago i have backach and cramp and headache.. but all the symptom was lost for a week....can anyone tell me am i going to ovulate soon or am i pregnant?
