I understand that some have implantation bleeding and can also have cramps with this. For those who have suffered this can the cramps go way after the spotting/bleeding has finished?

I experienced implantation bleeding with my last child. And yes i had cramps with it and after it stopped so did my cramps. I suggest taking the CLEARBLUE EASY DIGITAL PREGNANCY TEST. I found out i was pregnant when i was only two weeks. It detects it pretty quickly

You may never notice the implantation (I didn't) - sometimes there is no bleeding and/or no cramping. If you suspect you may be pregnant and are experiencing any bleeding it's best to contact your GP/fertility clinic or NHS direct for reassurance.

i just had cramps with no bleeding, the cramps don't last too long a few hours at the most.
