please help me how will i know if am pregnant or not

You should take a urine pregnancy test. You can pick one up at any pharmacy. If it does come out positive make an appointment to see your ob/gyn so that you can discuss choices. They can point you in the right direction. If the test comes out negative then take another one a few days later. If you're still in doubt make an appointment with your ob/gyn to have one done in the office (maybe even have blood drawn to test) and just to make sure. Good luck with everything!

Well you should have thought of that before you were having sex. You are a great example of why it is so important to have birth control all the time. Both parties involved should be using something to protect themselves. If you know you are fertile then you have some idea about your body. Take a test.. if you are pregnant.. put it up for adoption. Then either make sure you are on a birth control or if you know you do not want to have children have your tubes clamped til you are ready to try. Good luck.
