If your insurance doesn't cover it.. then look for a job where it is covered. Otherwise you can take on an extra job.

It's not recommended you go deep into debt or you use all your savings to get pregnant- how then would you raise the child?

Some states require health insurance companies to cover at least one round of IVF and other drugs. My company covers nothing other then doctors visits and drug co-pays... however they do offer $4k reimbursement for adoption.
