Trying to Conceive - December 2006

Okay this is a long story, but I have to say it all or I will keep getting wrong answers, that I know arent right. But any advice is wanted. Okay here goes... Well I found out I was pg back in early August, well about August 18th I started bleeding and eventually had a miscarriage, it took docs a month to figure that out. Anway, back in november on Thanksgiving day in fact, I had brown discharge, and I was about due for AF, then I took six pg tests a couple of weeks later, and they all came back positive. But everytime I got a blood test it was negative, and I started my period in mid december andn ow it is the 30th. Well The docws did another blood tests and said I must have had a miscarriage and not known it and they never even saw me at all. And they still havent. Now starting last week, I started getting extremely sharp pians like in my ovary area and in my butt. It comes and goes, but when it is there it is very painful and sharp, it hurts to laugh, pee.Could this be a tubal pg?

My husband and I have been married for under a year. Before we ever got serious I told him my tubes were tied and he said that was fine because he would love my four children as his own, now we both want to have a child, but the cost of the reversal is high and I have cervical cancer also. He stays mad a lot over this issue and it hurts me to see him this way. We discussed adoption and I was very excited about that option, but a few days later he told me it just wouldn't be the same. I love him with all I am, but I feel this is going to tear us apart and I am starting to wonder if we should just divorce, so he can meet someone else to have his child. He's 22 and I am 30, I don't want either of us wasting our lives if this is just going to split us up. I have already dealt with him having an affair, so naturally I have a fear of us having a child and him running around on me, or if we don't have one him straying to have one with someone else ..... advice PLEASE :(

I've been on DepoProvera since January of this year but I stopped after my third or fourth shot, and the week that I was supposed to get my last shot, I had my period. (Also happened during my second shot, but stopped same day that I got injected) Since the same week that I had my period, I've gotten bigger but didn't gain weight, I get cravings, I HAVE to sleep on my side or back, (sleeps on stomach only) I get dizzy to where I lose my balance, I'm tired no matter how much I sleep, I cramp even when I'm not getting my period, I get headaches, when I eat I feel sick/when I don't eat I feel sick...and many other symptoms to where I feel pregnant. This month, during the week that I expected my period, I got it, but for 2 days then it stopped. My boyfriend's mom says that I might be pregnant. I've taken at home tests but they said negative :(

I need to find a heart doppler for babies. I went to walmart and got one but it says it doesn't really work until your third trimester. I'm at the start of my second. I used it anyway and didn't hear anything. It really scared me... Anyone know where I could buy or rent one ?? Thanks.

i had a m/c last week and i have nearly stopped bleeding.we are going to wait till i have a period until we start trying again can anyone tell me when they might return i was only 5 and a half weeks when i m/c and my hormone levels are back to normal now!please help and advise me as we want to get pg again asap.

me and my boyfriend are planning to have a baby. I bought ovulation predictor tests and i have been doing them since the 24 ( i started my period on the 15 of dec.) and they have been negative. is there anyway i am not ovulating?

Is the 'Shettles Method' the only theory on determining gender based on position? Some say this is an old wives tale-others tout increased percentages of success by using it (missionary for girl vs. rear entry for boy). What is the scientific, medical consensus on this? i know i have asked this before and sorry for those who answered.

can fertlilty monitors give you a fertile reading if you are pregnant as it picks up the hormones that are present in both ovulation and pregnancy?

its just that i had my period on the 1st of november my monitor gave me a peak and we did the deed at the right time. the day my period was due came and went and after being 14 days late (the 10th dec) i experienced spotting for 4 days which i though was my period. prior to this all tests i did were negative.

i set my monitor to cd1 and i continued using this and ovulation tests. i got a positive on ovulation test on cd5 and since cd8 i have been getting a high reading but no peak. my friend said as i only had spotting and not a proper period i am still on my last cycle and she reckons i'm pregnant and the reason i got a positive ovulation test and high on my monitor is because they detect the same hormones in pregnancy.
what do you all reckon. no smart answers plz

I had a misscarrige in august 06 and 3 months later was taken into hospital with extremely heavy bleeding and I was told I had an infection and they gave me two different types of antibiotics. Now 2 weeks later I am bleeding again (which I am assuming is my normal period) but it is so heavy and quite painful. Has this happened to anyone else? Will my period be like this everytime from now on?

hey all you inteligent women out there here goes cant go to dr until after the holidays any advice is surely appreciated normal 25 day cycles can feel ovulation every month had a period on nov 26 only lasted 3 days and normally is 6 to 8 no ovulation on or about december 8 and i can always feel ovulation sore breast about the 15 on the 7 wiped and it was light pink? since next period was not due till dec 21 i was surprised but never gave it another thought then 21 came and gone now 9 days late and yesterday after sex had very light spotting and a very bad cramp put a tampon in thinking oh well period was just late now its here wrong this morning there was only a little brown stuff at the tip of the tampon tested 3 days ago and ept was faint + but then took dollar test and no bfp so my cervix is very high and closed what the heck is going on?

and both test came out postive would that be like a sign telling them that they are pregnant Her cycle is normally 29 days what would you tell her? She said she didnt want to take the real test yet dont really want to get her hopes up actually she told me after months on trying and taking test she would rather wait to see if her period would come on but is just curious for the last year or so has been 29 days last month it was 32 day long and this is day 30 for this month and she says it dont feel like its coming on and then the dream has her kinda excited so i don't know i guess the real question is because of how her cycle doing could she be pregnant because she says she its normally 29 days and have been that way for over a year also last month before her period came on she was sick to her stomach breast really sore and throbbing and sleeping alot and having cravings what type of advice would you give her? Instead of a normal bleeding it was just very light pink and barely enough for a pantiliner. I took a First Response test the next day and got a negative, 2 days later I took another one with same brand and it still came out negative. Just 2 days ago which is the end of December already I took an E.P.T. certainty digital test and they come with two test strips, the first one I took was positive! I was so happy but the next morning I used the other strip and it was negative. I have taken 2 other tests same E.P.T. brand and they both came out negative. I dont' know what to go for. I heard that even with just 1 positive test you're more likely to be pregnant. Also I do not take any medication of any sort that might trigger a false positive. I'd go to the doctor but I don't have the money to do so. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Nothing rude please. Thanks to those who answer.

I have been using the Clear Blue Easy Fertility monitor, and it said that I was ovulating around day 20 and now I am back at low fertility. How soon after a chemical pregnancy can you get pregnant? Do you have to wait a few cycles like you do after you have a miscarriage?

I miscarried on dec 10 after @ yr of TTC. I was only about 5 wks. Had blood work done that showed my hcg levels <2, 4 days after miscarriage. Dr said that we could try again right away. Intercourse 4 days and again 2 days before signs of ovulation. What are the chances now after miscarriage and for those of you who have been through it, how long before pregnant again? Also, how long did it take for the dreaded monthly to come on?
