It differs for every woman. You will be most fertile 2-3 days before ovulation, on the day of ovulation, and the following day.
The best way to determine ovulation is by charting your cycles monthly using BBT (basal body temperature) taken when you wake up, and noting cervical fluids.
Another method which is useful for determine fertility before ovulation actually takes place is to buy an ovulation microscope, costing around £25. It allows you to check your saliva for fertile qualities, and is less 'gross' than checking you cervical position and fluid. It is completely reusuable, so it's a once-off cost. check out this site for more information... http://www.expresschemist.co.uk/babystart_focus_ovulation_microscope.html
A really good site for charting all these signs is www.fertilityfriend.com, it's free and will analyse and interpret all the signs that you record, and outline predicted fertile days, ovulation day and the day you next period should start.
Hope this helps hun!

Your best fertile days should be between day 12 and 15 of your menstration cycle, although those people like me with fertility problems may ovulate earlier. I ovulate day 10. I highly suggest going to the drugstore and getting the ovulation predictor sticks because they work very well. A woman is only fertile about 2 days out of the whole month.

a woman is fertile 14 days before her period is due, also the day before and perhaps day after - great if you are regular - if you arent then you need ovulation predictors - you can buy these in most shops and pharmacies. I recently found a website that tells you that there is another time you may be fertile - in your natal lunar phase - this means when you were born the moon was in a certain phase eg full moon, new moon so you need to find out when that moon phase is in the present and thats when you are fertile, another website however tells you you need to have sex in the 24 hours before that so be aware of what different sites tell you. When searching internet type in gettin pregnant in your natal lunar phase or something similar. Good Luck.

I think you are talking about ovulation. A woman normally ovulates from the day of her period (counting) 14 days later. When I went to see a fertility doctor a few years ago, he said that studies show that the woman is more fertile on the 3rd day AFTER her period. Some women are definetely more fertile than others b/c of the levesl of estrogen and progesteron that their bodies produce.

You will release your egg 14 days before the end of your cycle and the egg only lives for 24 hours. example if you have a 28 day cycle your egg will be released on day 14 if you have a 31 day cycle your egg will be released on day 17. Just remember that day 1 of your cycle is the day your period starts. Also remember that sperm lives for 3 days. REMEMBER you can only get pregnant during the first 24 hours of your egg being released, after that the egg will be dead. GOOD LUCK x

If your cycle is stable and average (note that lots of things can throw it off and you wouldn't know it unless you are using some type of detection device), you will ovulate between day 12 and 15 after the first day of your period but sperm can live in your body for up to 72 hours so if you have unprotected sex on day 9 through 15 you could get pregnant.

OK days days-but that is what this is all about
depends how long is your cycle-say its 28 days from the beginning of your period until the next period-if this gap is always the same than that is the lenght of your period cycle.
roughly 14 days before you are due for your next period-and some days after that-think that's the theory
heard a woman claim in this place she conceived 2 kids 1 day before her period or during the bleeding itself-freaky ha?

not all women's cycles are regular and outside stressors can change the day of ovulation. just as the others stated, if one has "perfect cycles" the norm is around 14 days after your period. if you are looking to conceive or protect yourself against pregnancy, i recommend checking out the book, "taking charge of your fertility" by toni welscher. this book will open your eyes; it's essentially the "bible" of all fertility books. hope this helps!
