I did the test (but I used a cup and dunked it in.. I was too scared of missing or not having enough pee)..
It was positive.

Much easier if you have to go really badly (so there's more urine and more chances of it actually ending up on the stick). Drink a glass of water before bed and go first thing in the morning. The sticks are long enough to not get your hands wet, and you'll be able to feel whether the stream is hitting the stick or not.
They actually recommend the first morning urine anyway because the hormone concentration is higher then.

It should come naturally... u just hold the stick in the urine stream as you pee on it.
