Trying to Conceive - September 2006

I am currently trying for my second child, I am still one week away from my expected period but have very strong suspicions that we may have been successful this month. Just wondered if any one had suffered with diahorrea in the very early stages of pregnancy, I wasn't looking for any signs last time so can't remember. Cheers

My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised. Oddly enough i've never been with a circumcised man and didn't really know how to respond when he told me he was thinking about having it done? Is it really any different at all? Will lovemaking feel different? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Well any answers/advice would help really.

my sister is trying to be a mom. before her period days she got her stomach tight & fat and also she has some pain but after period she feels ok. Is this a problem? she is trying to conceive from last 2 years.

I am 23 years old. Perfectly healthy. I concieved right away. At 11 and a half weeks went in and my beautiful baby had stopped growing. My current situation is I am feeling great after the D and C and want to try right away. I have heard success stories about getting prego right away...I havn't heard any with the people that actually waited. One of my docs said wait till I am ready, One said wait till after a period or two, and then one said 3 months. Uhhhhh I don't want it to happen again...but I also heard that after a D and C you are more fertile and that because you were just "cleaned" out there is a good chance of success. And if your body isn't ready...then you wont get prego...period. I don't know...I want to try....but I guess I just want to get a few peoples thoughts on the subject...and maybe get some stories from some people in the same boat.

i took a home pregnancy the night of sept 14 and it came up with 2 lines up and down,according to the instructions that is an invalid result,what do all of you think?my last period was aug 8,2006 i shpuld have had my period on sept 1,2006 and still nothing.

i always have regular periods. i my husband have been trying for 6 months but still not pregnant. my periods cycle is 30 days but this month my menstrual cycle was 4 days late. is it normal 2 have such a irregular period when i m always regular or have i started any health problem. this month i was very much strained physically and mentally.

I was on birth control (various) for approx. 7 years. I've been off of all forms of birth control for about 2 years, and still don't have a normal period. I get it about every month and a half to two months, and it's normal. I'm seriously thinking about having children within the next while, and I'm wondering if you've had a similar experience and how easy/difficult it was for you to get pregnant. Thanks in advance :)

Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a couple months now to get pregnant. I've been off BC for around a year. Thus far, I've had my period every month, and every test I've taken has come back negative. I finished up a very normal period around Sept. 7th or so. So, today when I went the bathroom, there was a dark brownish red color there, like dried blood. Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

i am 22 years old and my husband is 23...i went on the pill in jan. of this yr to regulate my period. stopped the pill in apr. my period was regulated so me n my husband started tryin.we used ovulation kits, and i have been chartin my cycle and still no success...my cycle can range from 18-37 days but my last cycle was 37 days and my last period was aug. 7th. we had sex every other day that whole month after my period went off. I am now 2 days late, i have been having some mild n sharp pains for the past 2 1/2 weeks feeling like my period is about to come on but it doesnt and bad headaches....i take prenatal vitamins also...i went to the hospital yesterday and took a urine test and it came back negative...did i test too early? according to my charts, i ovulated either the week of aug. 13-19, or 27-31 which were the weeks we were tryin in...i havent been stressed out so what could be the problem.....

I have recently stopped taking the pill and I was wondering if anyone know how long it would possibly take to get pregrant after i stop taking the pill. I still get regular periods and everything is fine. I know some say a few months and others have said no time at all. Just curious

I am getting really frusterated... My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 4 months and it's not working! I have ALWAYS wanted to have kids. I got my period today, after a 50 day cycle. I am starting Clomid on Saturday. My husband travels a lot in the Fall, however he will be home for this round. Most likely (if i don't get pregnant the first time) he will not be around for me to take it in Oct (and maybe even November). Are you only supposed to take Clomid if you can commit to it for a few months straight, or is it totally ok to take it one month, not the next, then take it again. Thanks for your help!

We've been TTC, I won't be able to know if I'm pregnant til next week, but what I think is weird is that I always have a discharge not a bad one cause it's never smelly or lumpy it's the normal one, but this week I haven't seen any discharge at all. What do you girls think.

my husband and I are ttc. The first day of my last period was 8/31 - today (9/14) I am experiencing light pink discharge. Should I be worried? I am slightly irregular and an ovulation test predicted my ovulation apprx. 6 days ago.... i'm an anxious mess.

I have had flu like symptoms for 2 weeks!! Took 3 HPTs all were negative!! I ovulated last week and had to go to the Dr. a day before my ovulation and the test was negative and the doctor gave me an antibiotic for a UTI!! I took a test this morning and it was negative and the nurse stated that I may need to wait two weeks!! I have been extremely tired, nauseated, breasts have a tingly sensation and sometimes are sensitive! I really don't like toothpaste because it makes me nauseated and certain foods make me sick!! I feel like I'm dehydrated all the time and water makes me gag!! I crave ice cream every pm!! I just had a D&C in June at 13 weeks! My last 2 cycles have only last for 2-3 days!!! Any ideas on what's possibly going on?? AF is supposed to show up next Tuesday!! I've been having minor cramps in my lower abdominal for the last 3 weeks and a clear discharge!!! Can anyone tell me what's going on or if they have dealt with any of this before???

Okay so I missed my period by 3 days took two tests they both said negative….

No period, No cramps.

You know when you are ovulating, you know that white milky discharge that comes out sometimes you get it from sex, well every time I go to the restroom it’s there, I never have had this problem, during time of ovulation I do, but it’s light. Me and my boyfriend of 6 years are trying to conceive. Has this happened to any of you? I have to go to the doctors on Monday, but I just wanted to ask other’s their thought’s thanks!
