His sperm count is possibly low which could make is hard or even impossible to have children. The problem could also be with you in that there is scarring on the uterus which makes it hard for the egg to attach itself or even ovarian issues. It is best for both of you to get yourselves checked out by a doctor to make sure that everything is fine if you have not already.

the foreskin has nothing to do with his fertility, my husband isnt circusides and we got pregnant just fine. it takes a long time to get pregnant for some people, maybe you should meet with your doctor for a pre conception meeting and find out if there is a problem with either of you guys reproductive systems

Have him go to a Urologist and make sure the inner plumbing is working correctly. But him not being circumcised is not the problem
