Well, Im TTC too, and my doctors say that you want your body in optimum health before TTC. I have had two miscarriages and my body wasn't in optimum health. So yeah, I would say maybe you could cut it down to less if possible and taking your prenatal is important too. HTH!

We are not in Europe, a good full bodied Guinness may be good for the Irish to drink for and Iron supplement, but over here in the USA it is not recommended at all. So I would not drink during pregnancy at all.

Yes, you should. That stuff stays in your body for a while. You should also be starting to take prenatal vitamins as well as starting to eat healthier (if you don't eat healthy already).

I would reccomend it. A baby can become brain damaged or have serious to minr problems from one drink. Its scary stuff
