Trying to Conceive - August 2006

I just went to the docter and found out that i am pregnant and i've been so sick lately.I feel fat dumb and i don't want to leave the house!I am sick and nautious most of the night and day.How can i feel better for those that have been and are pregnant what motivated you to get out of bed every day?

I have heard so many stories on when the best time for conception is. I have heard 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PERIOD... the DAY BEFORE YOUR PERIOD... DURING YOUR PERIOD... and last but not least the DAY AFTER YOUR PERIOD!! Which is it? Is it all of them? I am getting tired of being confused on when it is. Please someone tell me... when is the BEST time to conceive?

My friend recently found out she was 3 months pregnant and she didn't know, cause she had her period, though it was lighter than usual. Do many people get this? I have a feeling I may be pregnant, i got my period last wednesday, but it's much pinker than normal and it's also not as heavy as my usual period is. My period is usually very heavy and lasts for up to 9 days, I'm not regular and we've only been trying to concieve for a month, my period doesn't feel right I know it's not the same as it usally is Could I still be pregnant??? I still can't shake the feeling I still can be. PLEASE BE NICE.... How many women have experienced the same thing and found out they were pregnant?

My husband and I tried to conceive a week ago. I noticed my appetite changed alot. Things I used to eat I stop liking it. It is certain things I eat. After I eat a big meal I still be hungry. Then one day i lost my appetite completely. Is this normal?

Im trying to conceive and this is my second month and i was wondering if anyone could tell me if i struggle when i go to the toilet to do a number 2 so much that it really hurts me and bleeds could this affect me ttc or if i was pregnant hurt my baby??

We have been trying almost a year to get pregnant and my period is usualy about a week later every month than the month before somedays up to 15 days late so I always get the thought that maybe I am this time, but then nothing. So I had my last period on june 25th and I still haven't had it making me 19days late (most ever late) I took a EPT test 3 days ago and the results were weird.
(not haveing many syptoms) I put it in my stream of urine and when I took it out I watched the urine go through the test window there is a circle and then a lil box the circle got a auto horizonal line and so did the box..accept the little box started to get a line vertical...the little box is suppose to ONLY have a horzonal weather it's pos/neg..so i watched it for a few and the vertical line in the little box that was clear as day there..disapeared and the end result was to horizonal lines one in the circle and one in the little box which indicates a negative result.

Any ideas if this is a faulty test?

I am TTC, last time, after 6 days after ovulation, i had a brownish/orange discharge, i thought it was implantation spotting. It only lasted 1 hour. 10 days afterwards, the period came as usual. Could it be I'm lacking of vitamins ? I spend the whole morning at work, with fruits only. Now, I am 6 days on ovulation, I have regular cramps in my lower abdo (I had taken several u/sound, everthing normal), frequent urination especially at nights (even when I didn't even drank before I slept), and heatburns/aching stomach. What's going on ? Any similar experiences ?

I've been on the DepoProvera shot for a few years now. I want to get pregnant probably 2 years from now ... any experiences on how long it takes to conceive after being off of this medication? I am about to switch to a regular pill, a lower dose kind, but does anyone have advice/experience with this?

Little history. Have PCOS and tried clomid (didnt work on 3 cycles) and now have self injections of puregon & pregnyl. I mc in May this year and this is my 2nd cycle since then. I took the injections again and 14days in cycle got my O with 4follicles ready for release with response via v/scan with ob/gyn. On the 7dpo I had a couple of wipes of pinkish cm then on the 8dpo morning was brownish....that night I began heavier pinkish cm and today it is like a sticky watery af...having it happen so early could there still be a chance I am pregnant or is this af here to stay for another cycle?

I have been reading other peoples responses but I'm confused about myself. I ovulated on the 24-25 July and last peroid was July 12th, I have not had my peroid yet. I had some spotting the first week of Aug and break through bleeding on day 29th after sex but still nothing yet. On day 29 I took a pregnancy test and it was light positive and then I waited 5 days and took another one and it was negative. I have cramping, lower back pain, moody all the time, can not get enough sleep,boobs are sore, and bloating. I feel like my peroid is coming but nothing happens. I want to make an appointment with the OBGYN but hubby says no and just let nature take it's course.

Please help me as to what I need to do. Thank you.

i was on the deppo injection for four years,last injection was due at the end of april but did'nt go been trying for a baby.had my first bleed 18th july it lasted abut five days,then had my second bleed 10th august but its really heavy is this normal?
and anyone out there who has been on the deppo how long after your period returned did it take you to get pregnant,i know everyone is different but was just wondering.any sensible advice is great.thanx

I am on day 22 of my cycle, I got a positive ovulation test on day 17 so we tried from then onwards ! I think this was a bit late as i have recently learnt abt cervical fluid and i had egg white fluid on day 15 ! I am getting really bad mood swings and am really tearful ! It is too early for pmt as my normal cycle lenght is 32 days ! could your hormones change that quickly if you are preg and is this signs of preg ?

In other words I am trying to have a baby and just ended my period on August 3rd and stopped taking the pill about a week ago. My doctor is giving me six months to get pregnant and if I don't get pregnant within that time frame he's going to do a hystarectamy.(sp?) The reason for the hystarectamy(sp?) is because I am having problems with my periods. The doctor said that my overies(sp?) are twice the size than they are suppose to be and that is why I am having trouble getting pregnant and having trouble with my period. Also does anyone know of any over the counter vitamins that will help me to get pregnant?

And we haven't gotten pregnant yet. I calculate my fertile days, and my ovulation. I watch for signs of ovulation, and still nothing. Do you think that my body has reacted to the stress, the let down, the frustration, and the planning of trying to concieve? Do you think that I should just stop calculation, and just have fun, and not stress so much about it? Do you think my body will ever relax since we want a child so much? Has anyone on here ever had a similar experience, then stopped worrying so much about it, and then got pregnant?
