everything is predetermined once the sperm meets the egg. Since the sperm carries the chromosomes that determine sex there can be no change. Even though a cell and early embryo do not resemble one sex or another they are already being developed as a specific gender, down to the smallest detail

Nope. Sex is determined genetically. A baby's genetics are determined by which sperm meets the egg. Once that event takes place, the baby's genetics cannot be changed.

nope unless the person took the ultra sound couldn't really see the sex.the sex of the baby is decided when conceived but just can't be seen until after 15 weeks good luck and congrats
