If your pregnant then your going to want to take the Prenatal Vitamins which is for the health of the unborn baby. One a day womens vitamins is for an adult. It doesn't benefit the unborn child. Now if you are not pregnant and you want to conceive (like your question says) neither work.

A good multi vitamin with minerals in it. Some sub lingual B-12 and wheat germ oil. That is what worked for me. Also for my friend who had not been able to conceive in 12 years. She has a son now.

Prenatal vitamins are not fertility pills. They do nothing to help regulate your periods or help you ovulate. They only thing that you should take them for are helping to get your folic acid levels up to help prevent certain birth defects, like Spina Bifida. Fertility pills are only available through a OB/GYN or fertility specialist. It is recommended to take pre-natal vitamins for 3-4 months before trying to conceive, however.
