Just remember this, there is a you and your hubby combination inside of you living and growing, and wake up in the morning knowing that the baby needs you to pull through and make money so that she or he can have a good childhood.Know that the fat feeling is just what you think and that if you believe that you look good then you look good and just eat some crackers and drink lots of water.Relax, just chill you'll be fine!Walk with your hubby and talk to the baby.I hope that your baby knows what a great mom it has when it is born because i have answered all of your questions and as far as i can tell, you all ready love this baby more than anyone else will ever know!Good luck and best wishes!

I was very, very nausiated for most of my two pregnancies. Even though I never felt much like eating, I found that the best way to get rid of the sick feeling was to always have some food in my stomach. Even just a little snack will most likely work. Also, during different times during pregnancy it is normal to be tired and unmotivated. It's important to get rest when you feel you need it. But there are lots of things to do to get ready for a baby, so try to use that as some motivation. I think that once you start feeling better, the motivation will come naturally. Good luck and remember not to let your stomach get empty!

Dont worry about feeling fat and all that.. you arent... being preg. just makes you think that you are...
I am sick and nautious almost every second of the day... you just have to think of it this way... if you just lay around, you and your baby are not getting exercise which isn't healthy... get up and even walk down the street and back at least once a day... that is all it takes!!!

I found that a diet with alot of water and little fatty foods actually helped with my pregnancy blues, and I still had them. Right now is the nasty part, you feel bloated, excited, nervous, scared, and all of this while noone knows you are pregnant unless you tell them. Give it time, and when you are big you will feel great when you walk around showing off your pregnant tummy!!!
What you feel is normal, just hang in there. You need to remember that all of your moods release certain horomones which influance the developement of your childs brain. Take it easy!!! Love your soon to come baby, it will be too soon that your child will be grown.

Aww, don't worry - this part of it will pass! Here's a few tricks to keep ya going in the interim:
-Keep saltines by your bedside. Eat them before you even get out of bed in the morning and this should help a little with the nausea.
-Peppermint herbal tea calms your stomach - I used to just breathe in the smell of it and it made me feel better.
-Try to make yourself get out of bed and have a shower in the morning - it may take a huge initial effort but that always helped me get my cr*p together on a daily basis.
-Take it easy on yourself! Don't overdo it: this trimester is the most taxing. You will need naps, good food and a sense of humor.

I wish you the best of luck, hon! You'll be just fine!

The best drink I found for nausea is hot water and several lemon slices If you love lemons make a lemon slushie using lemon juice, salt, water and ice in a blender. Try saltine crackers in the morning before you get out of bed
