My g/f is 12 weeks along and is saying that she feels like she is getting the flu. She does not have a fever, she has been eating normally, and seems OK. Are flu like symptoms normal during a pregnancy?

i just started loestrinfe24, and im about a week and couple dats into the pack... i notchied when i went to bathroom i wiped and there was some light brown discharge/blood...Now my side is starting to cramp up, and wheni push on my abdomen area, it feels bloated...are these normal side effects for this pill? should i see a dr?

I am 19 weeks pregnant and severly depressed. My fiance left me shortly after we found out I was pregnant... even though he had earlier expressed that he wanted children. Someone mentioned anti-depressants but arent they for chemical imbalance? Being single again... pregnant.. and having to move back home seems like it could cause depression on its own. People keep telling me that my depression will have negative effects on this baby... I have disconnected from all my friends, barely leave the house, cry constantly, mood swings, no motivation, and constantly feel there is something wrong with the baby. (I still havent felt any movement) Is this normal depression for my situation + pregnancy hormones, or should I look into anti-depressents?

i got my period nov.16th or 17th & it ended nov.20th.i had unprotected sex dec.8th n i hadnt got my period in dec. and i've been feeling like i have to trow up or feeling sick to my stomach and being tired. so dec.15th i went to the pregnancy center n took a test it came out neg n 2 days later (dec. 22) i got my period it only lasted 3days though and ,but im still feeling tired and feeling sick to my stomach (like after i eat i feel like throwing up! but i never do) could i still be come pregnat? what are my chances of still becoming pregnat??

I'm forty and just gave birth back in Dec. I was very insulted while in the hospital by two of the doctors on call in my OB/Gyn office. They both tried to convince me to have my tubes tied and kept talking about how old I was. I thought they were out of place being that they were not my personal doc and knew nothing of my heath, personal life, etc.... I left the hospital extremely hurt.
I remember my mom telling me that the reason she had her tubes tied is because her doctor was mad at her for getting pregnant again so she felt she had too. I know that is nuts but that is how she felt back in the 60's. She is passed now.
I was wondering if many other women are receiving this type of pressure from their physicians?

I know this sounds nuts but since I delivered my baby Dec. 22nd, I have had a weird sensation running through my fingernails. It feels like I have electrods attached to each nail and an electric current is running through them. I experience this several times a day. I have never felt anything like this before and was wondering if anyone else had experienced this. By the way, I'm not taking any sort of medication so that can't be the cause of this.

i've been on it since november 13th...and i've had a nonstop period since then...its more like spotting though....my stomach is really hard at the bottom...and my boobs are swelling up so big...i think i might have gotten pregnant on it....but i've read in some things that if you got pregnant on the shot theres so much stuff in the shot that it wont produce enough of the pregnancy hormone for the test...i've already taken a test and it was negative.....is that true?

hi i had to have my first son by emergency cesearian due to the fact that the cord was around his neck and he was very distressed so they had to get him out with my second the doctor was worried about me having a vaginal delivery so another c-section.im preg with twins at the moment and they are going to be born in the next 2 months by c-section.my question is has anyone had more than 2 c-sections and how did there body cope with it and was it safe to have more than 2 children by cesearian(not that i want anymore after the twins)
