I have had 3 c-sections, one scheduled, one emergency and one upon labor (due to the 2 prior). My body rebounded the same after #3 as #2, much less pain-and I am an older mom. Safety is not really an issue-you have twins coming and there is much more danger in a VBAC after 2 C-sections even if you only had one baby to think about. The damage to your abdominal muscles, etc, is already done-they will follow the same incision lines, etc when doing this one-though you may get a bit more with twins. Good luck!

I have had 2 c-sections, the second one was easier I think, but it depends on you. I also received a "girdle" the second time which was a support band that went from my bikini area up to my ribs. It made it much easier to get up off the couch, chair, or bed.

I have a friend who had 4 deliveries by c-section, by choice - she was more afraid of vaginal tearing and thought those of us who wanted natural births were crazy. I don't think you will have any problem.

Peace!
