i've been getting frequent hickups and dont know where they are coming from, and lately a little bit of spotting

I would get it checked, could be a UTI. If the spotting continues please do not let it go. My mother died this summer of bladder cancer, her doctor told her the spotting was just part of the UTI's she was having. Had he sent her to a urologist earlier it wouldn't have been so advanced and she wouldn't have lost her life. But her doctor kept telling her it was just UTI infections.

could be a bladder infection they sometimes present with a bit of blood.
