Pregnancy - December 2006

I am 19 weeks pregnant and last night I helped watch like 20 kids at my christmas party for work. Well this morning I could barely walk and I have a sore throat plus a mild fever. I would call my doctor but they are closed. I have tylenol extra strength but would rather take some thing that works. is there anything I can take?

My periods have been as follows:

October: 39 days
November: 31 days
December: 34 days and counting

Before October, ALL of my periods came every 28-31 days. I still feel like I am going to start my period any second, but it never comes. I had sex with my bf once this month. We used a condom and he pulled out. We checked the condom after we were done and there were no holes or tears.

I have been cramping and feel slightly bloated. I keep thinking I have started my period but it never comes. Should I be worried about pregnancy? Or is it normal for my period to be this long?

Has anyone ever been late for no reason at all? Or have your periods become irregular after being regular for years?

If a girl is like 6 months, or maybe longer along in pregnancy, why do some colleges not want to accept them once they find out? I've just always wondered it...

Okay...what do you think? Here's my story. I went in to the doctors office on tuesday for a regular o.b. check up. My eleven week 4day check up to be exact. She could not hear a heart beat with the doppler. So she scheduled a sonogram for thursday. At the sonogram...they found a gestational sac that measured 7wks. Not 11. And what she "thought" might be a fetal pole that measured somewhat like 6 and 1/2 weeks. However she could not find a heart beat. She believes something is wrong. I assumed my baby is dead.So she calls up my doctor and tells her what she's seen and what she thinks etc. I went in to talk to my doctor yesterday afternoon. And she explained that i could either be experiencing a "molar pregnancy" or i'm off on my conception dates (which could be because my cycles are extremely irregular even though i was sure of my lmp.) Now i would think if it were a molar pregnancy there would be some visible lumpy tissue on the sonogram. Opinions please?

I have many many symptoms of pregnancy. Period is late, increased vaginal discharge, sore breasts with the area around the nipple is getting slightly darker, i have nause, headaches, backaches and just a sore tired body. I have mild cramps in my lower abdomen but not like my period is going to come. Yet the HPT's have all been negative. Is there still a possibility that i'm pregnant or what else is going on?

I accidentally posted this in the wrong section...so I'm putting it here as well.

Although I haven't lost my period yet, I should be getting it in about 5 days to a week. I'm just curious if I could be displaying some symptoms before I find out whether I lost my period. I'm not freaking out too much, not until I've lost my period....just wondering what kind of symptoms you can get in about a week and a half...

I am from India. My wife is 8 months pregnant and as per her gynae she is low on amniotic fluid. Although her gynae has prescribed her an Amino Acid ARG-9 but it doesn't seems to be working well. I want to know is there any other remedy someone else has used under a similar situation in any other part of the world which has worked well. Also is low amniotic fluid harmful to the baby or the mom in anyways.

Really worried, stressful month, (plane rides, anxiety attacks, transferring), no ejaculation in me (condoms or out way way before but i know stupid, wont happen again i learned my lesson), i took first response test(test that detects hormone 5 days before missed period) on day 5 missed, tested again next morning, next day test done by nurse, and then tested onthe 10th missed day, all negative, is there a chance im still pg? could stress really throw me off this much? i feel like im going to get it all the time, but i think it might be in my head, could there be another problem, really worried, almost to the point of not functioning, any help would be great. im going to a clinc on monday hopefully so they can check me out

How come ever since my doctors appt. yeasterday that confermed my pregnancy, my husband has been treating my like crap? Picking fights with me and just being mean towards me. We have two other kids, and I dont remember him doing this to me. we usually do really good together and dont fight much. I have lost one baby due to stress, and know thats my fear, to loose another baby. I tell him to back off of me, and its just makes him mader at me and yells more. What can I do or say to make him see what he is doing to me? and our baby?? Thanks

I gave my baby to an adoptive family and now after birth I'm lactating. Quite frankly, it hurts and I want to know how long it'll last since I'm not nursing? My mom had told me there was a pill available to put a stop to it but apparently that's no longer available. I don't want to be miserable for months. How long will this keep going on?
