Definitely drink a lot of milk because your baby take a lot of cal. out of you. Eat steak, vegetables, and stay away from soda. Drink a lot of water, less juice. And fruits are good for you.
Sometimes you'll crave things that may seem unhealthy or weird, but listen to your body and don't worry too much. Good luck and enjoy every moment of it!!!

Congratulations! The main thing for you to do is to make a Dr's appointment. They probably won't get you in for a couple more weeks. I bought a book called, "What to expect when you are expecting" and it helped so much. It showed me what the baby was doing that week and what were good things to eat when/ They say try to avoid most fish especially fresh fish, otherwise eat everything else that you want. When you start having cravings for food that is your body telling you that you are lacking some vitamin. Pre-natal pills are very important. Sex is safe unless you start to bleed. The miscarriage thing was most likely not your fault unless you were drinking, smoking are drugging. If you do these things please stop. The miscarriage just happens because the baby was not developing right. Best of luck and enjoy this time.

It's not really what u should or should be eating it's medicine that you should not be taking. NO meds only tylenol and an over the counter prenatal vitamins also, avoid anything that makes you sick, just because it makes life easier. If you go to the doctor soon maybe they can tell u why you miscarried and prevent it from happening again. Calm down, stress is a big factor as long as you take care of your body then everything should be fine. U should really find out why u miscarried in the first place maybe they can help prevent another one.

well as for eating just eat healthy foods...stay away from street drugs dont take any prescription meds unless your doctor says so and as for miscarraging you should discuss this with your doctor even if you havent been in to see them you can still call and get in to talk to them...otherwise a misscarage is your bodys way of disposing of an embryo (baby) that had possible malformations, or didnt connect to the uterus wall properly.. usually at no fault of the mothers.. just remember when you go in or call the doctor no question is a stupid one if they are important to you then your dr will make them important to them if your not satisfied with the answer or they dont take in concideration this is your health then find a doctor who will...other than that just relax lounge around for a few weeks this will keep you calm for your own sake

Well, just eat healthy things like drink lots of milk. That's always good for the baby. You can also eat lots of vegetables. And the doctor will prescribe pre-natal vitamins for you to take.
Congratulations!
