I know, abortion is very secret but have you ever thought that girls should seek the help from your parents?

Only if the parents are supportive of the decision and won't try to force their daughter into an action one way or the other.
One scenario is that the parents could be loving and supportive and offer help with the baby if their daughter keeps it.
Scenario two is that the parents are loving and supportive of their daughters choice to abort, reassuring her that she made the right decision for her future.
Scenario three is one where the parents might be strictly opposed to the action of abortion and strike so much fear into their daughter to have the baby and her potential goals in life will never be met.
Scenario four puts us in the situation that they might kick her out, pregnant with nowhere to go.
Scenario five is a little drastic, but has happened, that they kill her...and her unborn child for shaming the family. Unfotunately, that does happen even in the world today.
So my answer would depend on the relationship she has with her parents and if they would be supportive of her emotionally and possibly financially whether she has an abortion or not.

Yes. Parents have much more wisdom and experience and can help the young girl decide what is really best for her. Provided the parents are loving and supportive.

If the child is under 18 I believe the parents should be notified and part of the decision.
If the child is over 18, she's on her own.
