There is nothing wrong with jogging or running when pregnant. As long as you know your limits and do not over do it. Most Dr's encourage you to go to the gym and stuff when being pregnant so running after the dog should have no harm on you nor the baby. Best of luck to you and the new baby!!!

lol. You'll know if you over did yourself.
You dont want to make routines of activities while pregnant that you didnt do before pregnant. Like, jogging three times a week. You'd only do that when you're pregnatn if you regularly did before pregnancy.
Jogging after the dog will not harm you, although you may be sore tomorrow :)

The baby is well protected. Some women run for most of their pregnancy. Just keep an eye out for some abnormal cramping or bleeding. Congratulations and read on babycenter.com for some more information.

Yes its pleasant, simply recollect to have a colossal bottle of water beside you. As you get scorching and dehydrated particularly swiftly whilst pregnant. And now not for to lengthy. I used to sunbake all day lengthy and be pleasant. But as soon as I used to be pregnant I might simplest do it for approximately 10-quarter-hour as I could simply get to scorching. The Vitamin D you get from the solar is first-rate for each you and the youngster. It is helping the youngster develop.

You should ask your OB/GYN or midwife that really. Because their advice differs from Dr. to Dr. My midwife said I could continue to jog until 20 weeks. But I would still call yours and see what they think.
