I want to start a business in my city for "belly casting" pregnant women. I have experience casting but not many pregnant women are aware of how and where to get it done. Would you consider getting a cast done and if so do you have any advice?

i had brown spotting on 9/17 and had a heavy bleeding on 9/18 and had light bleeding on the 9/19 and then on 9/20 i had pink spotting and then nothing on 9/21 and then had brown spotting today on 9/22.

its been 47 days since my last period and i feel like i have no sign at all that my period is coming. me and my hubby were trying to conceive since Aug.18. 6 days ago i was dehydrated for one day like i couldnt get enough of water and now im fine and after that i had sore boobs. My boobs felt like i had bruises on them when i touch them and my nipples also felt like i had bruises on them also. now today which sept 22 and my boobs dont hurt just when i very lightly pinch my nipples it really hurts. i took a preg test 3 days ago and it was neg. i have a doc.app. on the 25th. my last period was the 6th of aug. what do you guys think? i never have sore boobs during my period. any experiences

im 8 weeks pregnant, but I am not happy with my weight right now, and now I have to gain another 30 on top of that! ( im 25 and I weigh 138) i am used to being about 115-120)
Is their anything I can do to tone up while im pregnant, I have given up cokes and Desserts, sweets,
I need an exercise I can safely do while preggo?
( Im proportionate so my goal is everywhere, back, thighs, belly...within reason)

Any advice LADIES?

and yes I know im going to gain weight when im prego but I havent gained any from my pregnancy YET! This is all pre pregnancy weight.
if i can save about 10 pounds during id be grateful!

Yesterday I gave into nesting--scrubbed the fridge and freezer, inside & out and then was too tired to make dinner. Does anyone else feel this way? What do you give in to...rest or nesting?

I asked the question yesterday if anyone could give me some ideas on how to help my labor start again I am 38 weeks ago and I lost my plug and I have been at 2 to 3, and 90% for the past 2 weeks! And I have read about castor oil and I even had someone tell me they used it does anyone else know anything else about using the oil???

I am 5 months pregnant, And my whole pregnancy i have been really emotional. This past week has been really bad, I cry over everything. I dropped my fiance off at work, and cried. I have had on and off contractions and last night after I stodd up out of bed to go to the bathroom,I had a very painful cramping and tightening of my belly and then it went away after about 1 minute and I was ok afterwards. I am 37 weeks and have lost my mucus plug a few days ago. Could that of been lightening or the onset of real contractions which could start today??

Please only experienced mother's. I've been told that the epidural hurts very badly, is there anything the doctors can do to help it not be as painful???? What's the best pain medication for after the
C-Section??? I want to really enjoy my new baby, but I don't want the pain of a c-section to interfer with the bonding of my newborn.. I'm so scared it's gonna hurt when they put the needle in my back what if I move or jerk while they are trying to put it in??? Please anyone with suggestions??
