... choppy? I know it breaks the rules but if I say "Hi, you've reached the answering machine of Jake Ladd. Please leave me a message after the tone. Thank you" - it sounds okay. Or, "Do you, Jake Ladd, take this woman as your lawfully wedded wife..." or whatever.

What do you think because that's prob my favorite name and it's growing on me with Ladd as the last name.

Ok so Im going to be an uncle from my wife's side for the first time right now. We are all South African and we live in SA. The mother is my wife's sister and the dad is Afrikaans so decided an Afrikaans name for the baby boy. They shortened the list down to Morne(Mor-nay) Ettienne(Et-tee-enn). The last name is De Villiers.

Morne Ettienne De Villiers

So do you like the name?
And what do you think of it?
Thanks in advance to everyone who answers this question.

I'm 6 weeks 2 days and I'm already thinking of baby names. I orignially liked Drew Alexander for a boy, but my fiance doesn't like that one. So we decided on Cameron, but I can not think of a middle name to go with it, that just goes well. Any suggestions and please be nice, this is the name I've chosen I'm not interested in hearing that you don't like the name.

Ok so Im going to be an uncle from my wife's side for the first time right now. We are all South African. The father of the baby boy is an Afrikaner and the mother is (English speaking) South African. The mother is my wife's sister. They have shortened the list down to

Stephan Jannie (Yan-nie) De Villiers
Morne (Mor-nay)Ettienne (Et-tee-enn) De Villiers
Ettienne Morne De Villiers

Just write which one you like the best and other opinions if you want but I think this will be easier for Afrikaners although everyone can give an answer. Thanks in advance.

I was originially set on Macie... but now another name has caught my attention... What do you think of Maesyn (like Mason)? To explain a little further, I'd like it to be pronounced more May-sin than May-sun... I hated the name Mason for a boy yet... it's cute as a girl name. I could also still call her Maesy for short. Odd spellings yes... but Maesyn seems more feminine.

What do you think or do you have any other suggestions
p.s I am from the UK and so The LA Lakers are not a problem for my boys name Laker!!!!

Our sir name is Horth

I am epecting my second set of twins who are going to be a boy and a girl. My fist pregnancy I had just one a little boy named Gavin who will be 5. Then I had identical boys who are named Caleb and Logan who are 3.
I was thinking for the boy to name him Chase or Austin, and for the girl I was thinking Lily or Savannah. What do you think of those names?

What do you think of this name? Somebody said it means word blindness in the dictionary. But all names are weird. Abigail means a lady's maid, there were some other ones too. So far this is the name Alexia Rae Omehe. How does it sound?
