Lillian Laine is gorgeous. I don't think Jackson or Tia compare to it at all. I think Jackson Jeremy is too trendy and Tia Trishelle is too tacky. I looks like you want to keep double which initials, which I think is really cute, so some more ideas following that pattern....

Matching the first letter of the first & middle names are alright, but be careful about matching the beginning sounds. Jackson Jeremy I think is cute, but Tia Trishelle sounds a little off, in my opinion. What about Trishelle Tia? Putting the longer sibyls in the front gives it a better sound I think.

By the way love the name Lillian Laine, it's really cute.
I like the name Jackson Jeremy. Tia is cute but I don't think the Trishelle sounds like it flows with Tia. Congrats and good luck!

I am not a HUGE fan of Trishelle.... I like Tia and I like Jackson.... but maybe Jackson Jerome or Jackson Jiles would sound better to me (but it is your decision).

i like Jackson Jeremy, but i would spell it Jaxson. I dont really care for the girl name how about Kiana Trishelle.
