the last name is in Turkish but name alternatives could be in any language, in fact something that wouldn't sound weird in english is prefered...

Çağıl sounds perfect to me but I prefer names without ç,ı,ğ,ö,ş,ü so and the pronounciation could be a problem.

For a girl it could be Mariah Turgay and for a boy it could be Joshua Turgay. Joshua could be shortened to Josh or he could be called JT! Have fun finding the right first name for your child! Peace!
