Me & My Fiance are talking about baby names and so far we have Lucien for a boy, Riley for a girl or possibly Layla. Does anyone have any good middle names for either of these first names, or possibly another suggestion for male/female names? Our last name is Ehrhart pronounced Air-heart if that helps.

for instance, Schmidt became Smith, Baumann to Bowman, Becker to Baker etc.

What was the reason for this change?

My husband's brother's first wife named their first daughter in such a way so her initials are A S S. Her attitude was, that was so she'd get tough or die, or something to that effect.

The good thing is, she can get married and change her name!

She has her heart set on this name I think, but she asked me If I liked it or not. I lied and told her it was cute. But I really don't like it. I know it has nothing to do if I like it or not. Is this something that should be a little white lie so I don't hurt her feelings? The name is Mason, and all I think about when I hear that name is mason jars!

(sigh...)

Francis may not have to be the first name anymore. Here are some names... can you make a good First/Middle name combo out of them? Oh, and two middle names are okay...

Corban, Corbin, Dinos, Dominick, Drake, Emiliano, Emilio, Fabiano, Favian, Francis, Ignacio, Korbin, Marcelo, Marciano, Sergio.

Thanks... and sorry for all the posts about "Francis"...

Is there another nickname for the name Francis besides Frank, Franky or Frankie (for a boy)?

I already posted a question about a middle name for Francis... It might be Francis Emiliano... or it might end up one of the middle names suggested in the other question I posted. It's still undecided.

Thanks for all the help...
T.

I want to name my baby Justin. He is due in late April. Anyway, people are criticising my husband and I for wanting to name him Justin. Is it really THAT bad to have his name be

Justin Case?

Because it's cute, and I don't see any teasing in his future

Ok... Someone is having twins... a boy and a girl. The boy's name is going to be Francis. It will end up being Franky for short (I suppose).

Here is what is needed. A girls first and middle name that goes well with the name Francis.

Also... can you think of a middle name for Francis? I can't think of anything besides Francis Drake (like the explorer/pirate guy)

Thanks...
T.

Our last name is Kuta (which is Italian) we have twin girls named Alexandra & Amber who are four. Now we're trying to narrow down our name ideas for our boy who is due in June. The middle name will most likely be Franics (dads name)

Tyler Francis Kuta
Christopher Francis Kuta (Chris Kuta)
Nicholas Francis Kuta (Nick Kuta)
Francis Anthony Kuta Jr. (Frankie Kuta)

My aunt is due in a few weeks and she has absolutely NO baby girl names picked out! I've already given her a few, but she needs more. Please give me at least 3 of your favorite baby girl names (first and middle, if able) so I can help my aunt! Thanks so much!

I'm not having any children for a few more years, but my fiance and i were talking about what we'd like to name our children when we have them. for boys we like Arden Bryant for the first son (Bryant is my fiance's first name, so we're using it as the middle name for our first son, and doing the same with my name for the daughter) and then we like a bunch of name, but can't put them together with middle names... like Naoise (irish legend Naoise and Arden were brothers...we'd use this for a first name if we had twins) Tristram, Willow, Liam and he likes Percival (ack!!!!) and gawain...

for girls we like Maeve(amanda), Muirrin, Arienh, Alannah, Marian, Rowena, Mairead, Gwenerynn..

how should we arrange these?!!!! and are there any other names that would go well with them? thanks!

Or do you think people would think it was part of the kid's last name? What about Van as a first name? I'm not actually having a baby...more of just wondering. My friend says Van is such a gamer's name. =P
