My husband's brother's first wife named their first daughter in such a way so her initials are A S S. Her attitude was, that was so she'd get tough or die, or something to that effect.

The good thing is, she can get married and change her name!

I know a woman who is in her 60's or 70's and her name is Werdna. They wanted a boy and didn't get one. So they named her Werdna which is Andrew backwards, that's kinda weird to me.

Someone recently just named their son Griffin Danger, so that when he gets older he can honestly say, my middle name is Danger.

You asked for weird on purpose, here it is

My husband always jokes that he wants to name our first son Harry because our last name is Beaver...but he wouldn't ever do it, nor would I let him. Growing up is hard enough without having a name or initials that are going to get you made fun of.

My brother-in-law's initials spell "J-E-W" (and he is, in fact, Christian), but I don't think his parents were aware of that fact when they gave him his name. Now, he goes by his middle name of "Eric" (rather than "James"). My thought is that it is hard enough growing up as a kid, so why torture your child needlessly? The only people who can get away with really weird names are famous/mega-rich folks (like "Crystal Shanda Leer" from Leer Jets) or "Moon Unit Zappa"...

I know many cases of this kind of thing...

I knew someone named B.R.A.T.

Her parents weren't aware of this until they made a 'WELCOME HOME BABY' cake. Lmao, they spelt it out and suddenly the mother was like, "Honey, why did you spell brat?"

Her name is Brittany Rachel Allison T. I forgot her last name hehe

And there was a kid I went to school with once whose name was James Bond... yeah...

Umm... and there was also a little boy I knew named Louis Sur. His nickname was LouSur. Loser... poor kid...

And there is one more...

Heidi Ho :D

BTW: AnaBanana, Apple is the name of Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter :)

Yes, it's weird... hehe

i know a girl with the initials A....S....S.......her name is actually beautiful...nobody really notices unless she points it out its not that significant really.... i went to school with a boy named James James (first and last name) and Benjamin Franklin (named on purpose). also one of my friends sisters named her son after a star trek character. i forget who it is but its strange.

I forgot who it was.. but some celebrity named their kid "Apple".
I don't know about you all, but I think it would suck to be named after a fruit unless it sounded pretty. But Apple? Ick. I'd say that's pretty weird.
Also there was a kid in my school 2 years ago... and this is pretty bad, but his name was
"Chase Cox" lmao he was constantely teased for that one..

this would be a determination in basic terms you and your husband can answer. it certainly relies upon on the affection you experience and what you prefer on your newborn's existence. they have those names for an extremely long term!
