Ok... Someone is having twins... a boy and a girl. The boy's name is going to be Francis. It will end up being Franky for short (I suppose).
Here is what is needed. A girls first and middle name that goes well with the name Francis.
Also... can you think of a middle name for Francis? I can't think of anything besides Francis Drake (like the explorer/pirate guy)

I'd advise against a gender nuetral name name like Francis for a set of girl/boy twins. People will be calling the girl Frances.

Felicia darlene and francis drake or daniel....here is a little hint, picture yourself (or whom ever is having the twins) saying the childs name as you would when you are calling for them , using their full name. the doctor I had with my first child told me that and i eneded up changing my mind about my sons name three times ....good luck with the babies i hope everything goes well

Congratulations to whover that someone is that is having two beautiful children. While the name is ultimatley up to them, my advice is this. My Uncle's name is Francis Fenton ... and his sister is Alexis Rose.
They are kind of different, so they won't be seen as the same individual. Hope this helps.
