Right now it is cute to us but I do wonder a few years from now what your child might think.
If you really want to make his name Justin, I would use the nick name JJ for Justin James during his elementary school years. Once he is older he would be mature enough to handle any teasing. It even sounds better since you said that Case was you last name and Justin was your choice for a middle name. I actually like it now too.

Justin Anthony Case.
If your last name is really Case, then just name him Justin. I don't find anything funny about that. If those ornery kids do tease him, it would be like ridiculing someone named John Smith. If your son becomes famous in the future, this name is going to fit it. To tell you the truth, I would name my son Justin if my husband's last name were that. You're actually lucky. BTW, he would be pretty popular in school with a name like that even if he gets made fun of. It's better than a boring name like Bob Stein.

I'd reconsider. Remember that people tend to live about 80 some years - the joke will get old long before he does.
I think it is irresponsible to give your child a "joke" or "novelty" name. The cuteness factor might be nice when they're a baby, but I'm sure that your son will be very sick of people saying "Case? hehe! you're name is Justin Case? Ya right!" when they meet by the time he is about 3 years old. Remember, he's the one that has to live with the name.

Justin Case sounds like Just In Case....but if you name him Justin James then you could call him JJ & that would be cute. Justin is a nice name, it's probably just the way that it sounds w/your last name. Sorry.

No joke, at my high school there was a boy named Han Dover. He had a brother named Ben. I'm sure their parents thought there was nothing wrong with their kids' names (unless, you know, they were just mean and spiteful like that). Unfortunately, Justin Case will be the same issue (although, not as bad as Ben Dover). However, by giving him a middle name, you give something to fall "just in case" he ends up totally resenting his first name.

Nothing at all wrong with Justin, but kids will be kids and he probably will get a bit of teasing in school. If your really keen on that name dont let anything else bother you, people can find a way to make fun of the most ordinary name, at the end of the day its your child so name him exactly what you like.

I like the name Justin, but Justin Case is a little strange. I don't think people will make fun of him, but I think they will mention it time and again. Try James Justin Case. Good luck and congrats!

Justin Case is an interesting play on words, so it'd be kind of cute! It's not a bad image so I don't what's wrong with it! Justin's a really nice name! Stay with it!

Justin is cute... but not with that last name. Sorry.
There will be teasing in his future if his name is Justin Case

James Justin sounds better but you both should be happy with the name. There will always be someone that doesn't agree. You are the parents and have to be happy with it first.
Congrats on your baby boy! Enjoy the priceless gift of love!
