I was just reflecting on something and I am bored so I figured I would ask. It seems to me that society is only able to see a person's outward appearence. They are so lacking in any form of inteligence or compassion that they feel as though beauty is only skin deep, either that or they are too blind and oblivious to see beyond that point. Am I alone in my values? Is our world as I have come to know it as pathetic as I think? What are your feelings?

I was just wondering what physcologically happens to girls when they have sex with a guy and the guy convinces them to not make his use a condom? This usually happens with older guys. I have noticed this with my friends (I'm sixteen). It seems so idiotic when your not in the moment and then it slips your mind that its the wrong thing to do.

Ah, the teens; it's like they were made to rebel. I give my daughter a curfew. Be back at home by 10pm. I only let her go out on Fridays and the weekends. The bad thing is, she NEVER follows the rules. She comes home at around 1am, and I've found out she's been sneaking out on school nights. I'm always asleep early since I have to go to work early in the morning, so it's hard to catch her in the act. I'm also a single mother. We haven't been communicating well lately... she never listens. She doesn't even reply to me. She stands facing the wall all the time. She has been acting very weird. I have to take care of my five year old daughter (who's a handful herself) and my 3 week old son, who's taken care by my mother when I am at work. The last thing I need is a rebellious daughter. How do you impose rules to your teenage daughter/son?

I know I asked this question like a billion times, but I want more answers.
Ok my mom died when I was 8 I am now 14, but instead of the hurt going away it comes stronger. Why does it do this??? It seems like everything I do reminds me of my mom now, what should I do???
If you are going to tell me that I need to talk to someone older like a friend, I have an 18 year old friend thats a girl and she is like a big sister to me but I don't want to bug her with my problems. But should I still try to talk to her???

ok i am the 8th grade cheer captain and we are having tryouts tomorrow and i want girls who have their backflip and back tuck.. and they HAVE to be SKINNY (no fat cheerleaders are allowed, but alot of them weigh over 115 and that is wayyy past the limit what should i do only have 5 girls on the squad or allowed fat people on the team???

im 18, me n my boyfriend had sex last Tuesday the 8th, he came inside me 3times, yesterday i started my period and that followin afternoon i took a pregancy test, it turned out to be negative. But im still wonderin if im pregnant! What should i do?. Could i still b pregnant in a way, and should i take another test the day after my period?

i really like one of my friends. i dont know if he knows that i do. i want to tell him but im scared to. i dont know what he'll say. his cell is broken so i cant call/text him, i hardly see him cause he lives about a half hour away, so the only way is to tell him over IM or messege him. we talk alot about random stuff but i want to tell him that i like him. i like him more as a friend. what should i say. i am veryy nervouss and dont know what he'll sayy. My boyfriend and I called it quites the end of July. I wasn't that upset with it but I did end up crying for awhile. I went over to my cousions house for the last 2 weeks and there been this guy there. His name is Andy and he is 23 years old. I am scared to getting close to anyone but he is really sweet and I think I would be happy with him. The thing is I don't know if it's right for a 17 year old to date a 23 year old . Also, my mother doesn't know about him yet. I am scared of getting hurt and he knows that but he promises not to hurt me. Do you think it would be wrong to start a relationship with him? He doesn't presure me in having sex or anything. We haven't done anything together except hug and layed together on the couch.

In saying this: Ok, a guy that [really] likes me, we write notes back and forth to each other and he said he was too busy to write a note one time, so I let it off. And now he he gave me a note today that wasn't even a third of a page long!! It had like 5 words..in the note he said he was sorry it wasn't longer and explained why it wasn't [he was busy] but do you think I'm right in saying that if he really liked and cared about me he could at least fid the time to write more decent notes. I mean I least I give him a whole page. I know he's busy with school and everything, but still, I think it's sort of unfair. What type of bf do you think he'd be to me? I mean he's really shy, and still kind of sweet. Do you think I'm too selfish or what?
