Girl-- Try putting your hands on his leg and play with his jeans or shorts.. Or put your hands on his face or play with his hair. Never just sit there and play with your own hands. It makes it seem like your bored..
Guys-- If she doesn't mind you touching her. Try stroking her back. Playing with her hair also works..
