Adolescent - July 2006

She was in choir last year at school. I have found that I don't like the teacher she had. She will have the same teacher this year if she takes it again, I've told her that I don't want her to. Now here's the kicker her teacher has told her if she doesn't take choir with her again she will not be referenced by this teacher to be able to participate in high school choir. How should I deal with this, let her do choir with a teacher that I'm not sure I want teaching my child, or let her do choir one more year and hope for the best.
PS I have talked to the princapal but apparently I'm the only one who has made any "comments" on this teacher, although friends of my daughter tell me their parents think the same way.

Okay here's this question, I've had a crush on a guy since 7th grade we became really close friends and stuff, we used to hang out quite a bit and everything was really great, then in 8th grade things were at first the same until I tried to tell him I liked him, after that we started hanging out less and less, and eventually my best friend and I had to move tables in lunch cause some ppl took over ours, he started to sit across the cafiteria at proably the farthest table away from us, then was when we stopped talking really, Now 9th grade, we hung out I think twice once was his b-day and once was the hp4 movie, I'm not sure how to really break the ice between us and try to become close friends again (especially since in some ways I still have feelings for him) He has become closer to one of my other friends in a way so I can't really push him out of my life, which sometimes seems like the best way to get through it, I guess I really need to know how to rebuild a friendship with him????

I have a hairy back. I'm not gonna exaggerate and say its reeaally hairy cuz it's not. It's noticable, but it's not like 'OMG you're a monkey!' type thing. I know it's natural and whatnot, but I have to ask, guys, would you date a girl with a hairy back? Especially if it's whats on the inside that counts, not the outside? I'm thinking of getting a wax when I'm older...but I prolly won't. My mom just had two babys in the past two years. I love them with all my heart, but I feel like I am the oldest one's surregate mother or something. I get her up in the morning, I change her diaper, I feed her, etc... and I help out with the the newborn too. I just want my life back, I am 16 years old, can't I have some time for me? I know my mom needs help and all cause my Dad's gone to Iraq, but can't I have a life?
