Sounds like you are more sensible than she is, talk to her about your plans for your future. Tell her your reasons for choosing to remain abstinent. Tell her about how sex and sex related problems like pregnancy and STD's can interfere with what could be a wonderful and exciting time in your life. Talk to her about the exciting career you are planing to have if you don't complicate your life with adult sex problems that you are not prepared to handle. Being a teenager is about fun, right. How much fun can you have lugging a baby around? How much fun can you have with HIV, Hep C, Herpes or Genital Warts? That's the other side of teen sex. Not a pretty picture. Teenage boys don't normally worry about protection and teenage girls don't usually know how to demand it. Tell her the truth, that she is not being any too smart. There are a hundred different ways kids can have fun without having sex. Introduce her to a few.

Tell her that once she gets pregnant. She wont be able to go out any more or go to parties cuz she has to take care of her baby. and that being a mom is a 24 hour job. she wont have time for homework or herself, cause the baby needs constant attention

Oh my god! Tell her that's a terrible idea at any age. I know a girl who got and she's so unhappy. She want's nothing more than to get rid. Hopefully she decides against getting.
