The book the lady spoke of moments ago was done by a guy named Kevin Trudeau. He is currently under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission and it is said by some that he is nothing more than a good salesman.
About your daughter....my girls had the same showing signs...my oldest started 8 months after the symptoms began and the other over a year....your daughter's body is preparing for womanhood but it will be according to her body's timing and who knows when that might be.
Teach her about her period and what to do when it happens because it may happen at school or somewhere outside the home. Demonstrate how to use a pad and have her begin to keep a purse at all times with pads in it. Also, let her know the school nurse should have pads available if she should need one. They are required to do so.

If the cramps and symptoms (without blood) do not go away in the next few days, or if this has happened before, you may want to go to a doctor. This could be a sign of a serious condition.

MAYBE YES,
MAYBE NO,
IT IS A PROVEN FACT THAT CHILDREN TODAY ARE MATURING FASTER THAN ABOUT THIRTY YEARS GO,
THEY ARE FATTER,
THEY GROW BODY HAIR YOUNGER (some)
ONE REASON IS BECAUSE "ANIMAL GROWTH HORMONES" are INJECTED INTO COWS, PIGS, AND SOME CHICKENS, AND THIS IS WHAT MAKES THEM FAT, AND THEN THE FARMERS MAKE MORE MONEY,,
SAD BUT TRUE, AND NOW CHILDREN EAT SO MANY THINGS WITH THIS INGREDIENT THAT IS UNNATURAL, COWS = BEEF CHICKENS=EGGS, COWS=MILK MILK AND CHILDREN,,,,,, WELL SHE COULD BE STARTING HER PERIOD, BUT CONSULT A DOCTOR,
GOOD LUCK
