I weigh 120 and i'm a veggeterian. I want a 6pac so girls will like me and so i can have confidence. What can i do to get a 6pac? I don't want to eat meat cause i love animals and thats why i became a veggeterian in 6th grade 4 years ago. So how can i get a 6 pac? Be specific don't say just exercise say what type of exercise. (if your going to say exercise) Thanks for your help!

Ok, so i used to have really really flat breasts... all my friends were bigger than me, and their breasts were like huge... so i wanted larger breasts, right? but now my breasts are about a 32 A, and they are just right at school. but all my friends at swimming, they dont even wear bras! they are flat, and i feel out again. we change there after practice everyday, ( im on a competitive team,) and my breasts stick out... now i wish that they are smaller. can breasts grow smaller? what should i do?

I live in Maine where it is bad high humidity and when im in bed i sweat really bad cause of the humidity and i have my ceiling fan and window fan on high but it's still hot. It takes me forever to fall asleep because ill try a few times and 5 mins later i'll wake up and get out of the covers to cool down than i repeat it a few times and finally i go to sleep. Is there an easier way to go to sleep or to not sweat as much? Oh and i only sleep under the comforter. Any ideas to keep cool in bed at night time so i can sleep and not wake up sweat? thanks!

I occasionally go on the internet and watch porn. maybe 1 or twice a week. I hate doing it but sometimes i cant resist and have the urge to do it. My dad and i are not that connected so id feel uncomfortably talking to him about. I'm alot more open with my mom but id also feel uncomfortable cause she's a girl. What do i do? Is it normal?
