Ok, so i used to have really really flat breasts... all my friends were bigger than me, and their breasts were like huge... so i wanted larger breasts, right? but now my breasts are about a 32 A, and they are just right at school. but all my friends at swimming, they dont even wear bras! they are flat, and i feel out again. we change there after practice everyday, ( im on a competitive team,) and my breasts stick out... now i wish that they are smaller. can breasts grow smaller? what should i do?
PS... i am 11 almost 12

Sorry, you cannot shrink your breasts. They sound to be around the right size to me, but I do not know your body type. Don't worry about it, the rest of the girls will catch up to you or else once they get a little older, they will be jealous of you.

I know this is a big deal right now but in 6-7 years it really won't matter to you at all. Breasts are just part of who you are and you are much more than just a breast right? You are obviously a good swimmer, you're smart and probably a lot of fun. There is no one else on the whole planet that looks just like you, so that makes you pretty special! It is normal to compare yourself to others and you can bet others are comparing themselves to you too. Other girls probably wish they weren't so flat chested and admire your womanly curves. After a couple of years you'll get more used to your body and hopefully will really appreciate the way you look.

I was in the same boat when I was your age. Trust me, you'll be glad they're the size they are when you're older. I know they can be a pain when you're still a kid and want to have fun, but you'll soon get used to having them and wearing a bra will seem as natural as wearing underwear. Remember how you were jealous of your friends when you were flat chested? Well, your swimming friends are probably thinking the same thing about you! It's hard to be the one who sticks out, but be confident! They're all probably wanting to look like you instead.
If you're shy about changing in front of them, maybe you can change in a bathroom stall?

Honey you are only 11 focus on school right now not how small or how big your breasts are. You are fine don't worry about other girls just be happy with yourself as wish you luck

At that age it's like my boobs are bigger than yours, relax, they will catch up. Every body develops at a different time. Of course envy has a lot to do with it, because guys often go for the girl with the biggest boobs and other girls resent that. And no, you can't make them smaller.

Your friends will catch up soon. 32A is almost the smallest size when they start growing.
My daughter is about that size and she is almost 12 but has friends with nothing growing yet and some friends in B and C cups believe it or not.

You're 11! You shouldn't be worrying about your boobs okay? You are still growing and so are your friends. They're gonna get bigger, not smaller. And another thing, if your friends don't like you because you don't have small boobs, then they aren't your friends.

You are fine - why can't you simply accept your body the way it is? No doubt you may have matured a little sooner than your friends. I bet it woun't be long before they catch up with you.

well ur so small for having 32A size for breast!well im 14 and i cant wear 32A because its big for me.but im happy to have this size.u can wear some tops that are used for this and they are so small and it will be small for about years.be happy
