A first date is to get to know someone, not to get to "2nd base" that just sounds extremely juvenille....
P.D.A is unacceptable, and it is usually younger people who do it, hugging is fine, and even a quick kiss on the lips is okay, but please dont make out in front of other people, it is horribly impolite. Dont grab *** either etc.
A guy that wanted to snap my bra strap would probably be 12 years old so... no

1. no. you dont kno him enough to got to third or home. second base even is too far for a first date.
2. we can kiss in public as long as its more of a peck, hugging is okay. more intamate things are ment for privacy ie making out touching...
3. as long as hes joking and he doesnt want anything else. like a guy friend would be allowed not a boyfriend.

1. Not on a first date. That is when i'm getting to know him. Maybe on the 5th date.
2. You can hug, or kiss me when we are alone. that way, no one can stare at us. lol. i just want him to show how much he likes me.
