Adolescent - July 2006

Like there was this guy at my school who has a huge crush on me sience forth grade. I was able to handle it in 6 th grade but then is seventh grade he would stalk me at school and then he started stalking my best friend too. And whenever i had a shirt with writing on it he would read it all day long. So i could only wear ulgy blank tee's or a jacket which is kinda hard in spring and summer cuz i live in florida. I can't tell teachers cuz he only does it between bell and when they are off the clock. And he is not like a stalker but a perv and i can't call the police cuz he only does it at skool. I am going into eigth and i wanna know some way's to make this stop. He has this high nasley voice and it pisses me off. I told my bro who is in the same grade as me and he started to talk to him and then they became friends. So i can't hang around him without perv hanging with him,
I tried asking nicley then i started yelling and insulting and then i started full on cursing and he won't goaway

I would honestly like to know what makes teenagers think they have the right and authority to make a baby when they dont even pay their own bills? Just who, exactly, is supposed to take care of that baby?
I've seen once or twice where the young man follows through on his repsonsibilities but its forced most of the time and he begins to resent her and the baby for ruining his life. Or both childrens respective parents get to be the proud grandparents who have to shell out their money for everything for a baby that technically isnt theirs. Its not fair to anyone involved. The girl & boy because she misses out on fun with friends. The baby will probably be parentless or miss at least one parent. Its asking too much of the teenagers parents, they've done their time with kids let them relax for a while and enjoy eachother in their former years.
Why cant they be more considerate and wait, for everyones sake? If you truly loved babies so much dont you want to give them all you can...

I have a sister who is only 12 and she dresses and acts like she is 21. She is a very cute girl and I am concerned that older guys are attracted to her. But I don't think I should comment on it cause I was on the same path as her at one point. When I was her age I had a boyfriend who was 14. I regreted it. She is my almost-stepdaughter, which means I have no jurisdiction over her and cannot make rules about her clothing...how can I gently convince her to cover up? And incidently, I'm not some prude gasping that her shorts are above her knee- I'm talking about two inches of bra (which is a lot on a 12yo) showing above her tank top, I'm talking about panty lace hanging out of her shorts.
