This one guy asked me out and i said no becuz he was fat and ugly, and he always acts funny around me becuz he likes me. Now i like this other guy, but i don't know if he likes me but he acts the same way around me just like that other guy......so do u think he likes me?? my best friend asked him but he said that he doesn't but i think he does.

All guys do that when they like someone it happened to me so what i did was chill out wait for him maybe hang out with him or something and you know maybe flirt a little

Chill. make him really show you so you won't wonder. guys can be so young no matter the age. just relax and don't pay him any attention anymore.

He probably does, he probably doesn't want to tell your friend because he knows that, that person is your friend so he doesn't want you to know.
