I know how and why they have soft spots, but I was just curious as to how long to takes for the spots to be fully hardened.

Especially after eating she gets alot of mucus in her throat, when she sneezes some comes out of her nose, I try to succion it but she HATES it and sniffs it back in, I cant call my doctor now since the office opens in an hour, is this normal in babies? SOmetimes she coughs to relieve herself from the excess mucus.. Otherwise she is a very happy baby girgling all the time and smiling very much no signs of fever at all..
Last doctor visit 2 weeks ago she was fine and the doctor said not to worry about the coughing that its normal from time to time to check for fever but she doesnt have any..

Is it normal for babies to have mucus

I think it should be the teen's choice what they want to do with their life, not their mom's! Any opinions on this?

He is a bright student and was talking to his friends in class - the teacher lost it and caled him a Silly Boy and pushed him and his chair over. I have taken it to the school and the teacher appologised but never admitted pushing him. According to other parents she has had complaint letters written about her before. A few other parents said that their children told them that he had been pushed. Do you think I should take this further. NSW Australia

Well i had my 12 wk scan yesterday, with a huge shock of finding out their was nothing there. ive had no heavy bleeding or no pain. when i was around 3wks pregnant i had a little spotting!! so they gave me another blood test at the hospital which came back positive, Could i have miscarried, and be pregnant again, but not so far gone they cant see anything yet. I have to go back on Monday for another test and scan... or could this be an ectopic pregnancy... thanks G

ok my son is 6yrs old he was diagnosed with early onset bipolar last year. the thing is when i post a question mentioning this i get so many replies that a child CAN NOT be bipolar that it is due to bad parenting and i need to quit "doping" my kid up. This goes for ADHD mommies too ive seen so many replies to questions saying that ADHD is just a cop out for bad parenting. well if this is true then how come when my son is the the correct combo of antipsychotics and mood stabilizers he is a perfectly normal happy alert focused child and with out them he is extremely violent, has severe mood swings, ect. (too many symptoms with BPkids to name)? and thats the case with ADHD kids why do meds such as aderall that would make a normal person bounce off the walls calm them down?(now i do agree that alot of ADHD kids are over medicated they walk around like little zombies but there is no doubt in my mind that they need these meds maybe just a lower dose)
