Pregnancy & Parenting - 17 July 2006

I still love him. We use to talk through the internet once we stopped being mad at each other. And he was showing signs he liked me. But now we barely talk. But this year we are both going to be in the same highschool. I'm so confused apart of me hopes we'll get back together and another part of me hopes we dont. Is there a chance we could get back together???

I believe adhd is highly misdiagnosed. The doctor and teachers have suggested medication. I do not want to do this to her. She is always recognized as being an above average student. She is diciplined by us very well and still nothing seems to work. She is very inattentive and this gets her in trouble at school. We have had meetings with her teachers and they say she is very talkative and disruptive in class. She can not be still sometimes, and then she will sit down and read a book at other times. I do not want to make a mistake by making a beautiful child a medicated mess....please help.

About half-way through my pregnancy with my one and only daughter, everything began to stink. I mean EVERYTHING! Foods and drinks had an off-taste, toothpaste, shampoo, even outdoor air stunk. My girl is now 3 years old and most odors are back to normal except cola and lemon/lime drinks. They all taste/smell like disinfectant and urine. My doctor doesn't seem that concerned about it, but will this ever go away? Anyone else had this problem?

I have been trying to get pregnant after having two miscarriages and today being 07/16/06 and I am experiencing some mild cramping that feels alot like menstral cramps I have also been very moody and I have some breast tenderness is this my period or maybe pregnancy? can someone please help me I am not due for my period for 4 more days

My daughter is too big for her baby tub, but can't quite sit up unsupported yet. Any suggestions because she is really slippery and I tried just helping her to sit with support, so now her back is really clean, but the front, not so much.

It's just like you can't really play with her, all she wants to do is nurse when she is awake. If she is not nursing she gets fussy and starts to cry.

Had unprotected sex twice last wednesday. The first time, he didn't climax (yes, I am aware that sperm can swim without an actual climax, just giving details.) - the second time he climaxed on my thigh.

My period is due this week.

I am experiencing worse cramps (on my lower right side) & bloating than usual.

Before this sexual encounter I hadn't had sex in over 9 years.

My cousin said that possibly my worse cramps could be my body responding to having sex.

It hasn't even been a week yet, but I haven't experienced any other signs of PG. I know it's too early to take an over the counter PG test. So, in your opinion, what do you think might be going on with my body?

I am pregnant with my second child. I am at 15 weeks. I want to start getting ready for the baby. My husband and I live in a 4 bedroom house. We are in one bedroom and my first daughter has her own bedroom. Where should the new baby's bedroom be. Should she share with us or with our daughter or in her own room. What do you consider a good age to move a baby out of a crib into a bed. And when should a baby go into there own bedroom. Thank You!!

My 10 month old who sleeps through the night has starting going to the bathroom (poo) in the middle of the night and being that he sleeps in his own room I dont notice until the morning. Any ideas on what I should do? This has happend 3 nights in a row.

She had her surgery last Monday. She was admitted to the hospital on Friday for dehydration. She was also vomiting and had a fever. She came home Saturday. She still doesn't/won't eat. She normally has a very big appetite. I have to force her to drink. I bought everything they said to give her: popsicles, jello, noodle soup, sherbert, pudding, kool-aid. We saw the ENT today and he said that her throat is very dry even after all the fluids I've been pushing( Atleast 8oz total every hour). He also said she's at higher risk for bleeding when the scabs start falling off. Anyone else have problems post-op? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to go a graph for when most women started noticing symptoms that they were pregnant and what the symptoms were. I am 39 weeks pregnant and am more anxious then ever. I have a few friends and one was due a week before me and the other the same day and they have both had their angels already which makes me even more impatient. I have NO signs of an early delivery but would like to know your experience when the time came. Were there tell-tell signs something was coming, did it just creep up on you out of no where unexpectedly??? What were your previous activities ect....

My friend got a new boyfriend and started sleeping with him only 3 weeks into the relationship. She was a virgin and just said she wanted to get it over with. I think virginity is sacred and that she should've waited until she knew him better when she did it she told me she was unsure if she even liked him or not. I think her decision is stupid especially since she's practicing the "pull out method" she asked me how i felt about all of this and i want to tell her but others have been telling me to let her make her own mistakes and keep my brutally honest opinion to myself. I'm no prude by n e means i just think if you choose to have sex that you think it through a little bit, or at least know that you really know and like the guy instead of just saying "i wanna get it over with" what should i do?

The 1st name is one syllable and the last is 2 syllables. We're a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual family so we're open to any origin. We don't know the sex of the baby yet, but we do have a boy's name picked out. Thanks for the help!
