Now a days HPT's can be very reliable, yes you can have a false negative because the hcg hormone might not be too high yet to be detected on a pregnancy test, however being two days late you should be able to tell by taking a test. I felt pregnant so many times and I don't know how many negative tests I had but I never ever had a false result. You might want to wait and test in a couple of days, if the test is negative again I would just believe it. Good luck! and never give up..

Yes, the test could be wrong. You can either wait a week and do another, or call your doctor and get a blood test right away. If you've been pregnant before you know your body pretty well and can probably detect that feeling. If you haven't, sometimes we just get our hopes up and *think* we are pregnant. Either way the best thing to do would be relax, and maybe your period will come. If it doesn't, another test will help ease your mind! Good luck.

Could be. Take another test, and if that comes out negative also go see a doctor. Although, I had a friend who kept feeling that way; she took a total of 6 tests, never was pregnant and there was nothing wrong with her.

It's possible. Sometimes it'll take a few days after your missed period. Wait two or three more days and test again.
That happened with my first son. My first test was negative, but then I tested again in three days, and got a clear positive.
If the second comes back negative too, you're probably not pregnant.

You are only 2 days late, I wouldn't worry about it. Wait a week or so.
You are really freaking yourself out, and that's why you feel pregnant.
The test CAN be wrong, but in your case, you need to give it more time. I know how scary it can be when you are running the risk of being pregnant, but you are going to make your period late if you stress about it. Focus on not being pregnant and don't think about being pregnant, cuz it really makes things worse. You should be concerned if you are more than a week late.

Yes, it is possible the test is wrong. Your HCG levels could still be too low for the HPT to detect. Some women won't get a positive HPT until they're several months pregnant. If you truly feel like you're pregnant and you still don't get a period, you should go to your doctor and have a blood test done to be sure.

So head on your dr's , yet im thinking because all 8 are unfavourable, than its in all possibility some thing else

Yes it could be wrong. Try taking the test first thing in the morning when you get up because your pee is most concentrated. Or go see your OBGYN and they will tell you for sure whether or not you are pregnant.

you can't "feel pregnant" after 2 days. If you think you are the best thing to do is go to the doctor. There are many clinics out there that have free pregnancy tests.

Yes, the test reading could be wrong. The chemicals that regulate your bodily functions could be at a slight imbalance due to you anxiety. I would advise you to visit a licensed doctor. And . . . Relax!
