Perfectly normal. Its just the tendons & ligaments that support the uterus stretching, combined with the rest of your internal organs being displaced by the growth of the baby and the expansion of the uterus.

Still, if you're concerned, talk to your doc...what the heck do WE know???!

I hope so because I have the same thing! It is like the cramps like when you are going to start but they don't get worse. I also have sharp pains, like gas pains as well. From what I have been told it is just everything moving inside to get ready for the baby! Good luck

Yeah, as long as they arent lasting a long time and theyre not painful or resulting in bleeding or discharge.

My doc said its from gas and your uterus stretching.

I got gas something horrible durring the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy, and it wouldnt go ANYWHERE, just hurt like hell, like cramps. blech.

usually you're not supposed to have pains like that after the first trimester, and then not again until you're nearly due.

If youre really concerned check with your doctor to make sure its not stress related, a lot of stress on your body can cause your uterus to contract and raise the heart rate of the baby, which isnt good.

I am 21 weeks and just starting getting period-like cramps. It sometimes feels like I have to poo. I go to my OB tomorrow to see if everything is okay. Is this the same you are experiencing?

yep, you are stretching. Try taking some regular tylenol to help it ease off a little. Growing pains are inevitable with pregnancy.
