I'm not in NY, but I heard that Hillary lost the debate big time. Spencer 'pinned her ears back' with his opening remark of "I am the only candidate here who wants to be Senator of NY---she wants to be president." Later he 'reminded' her that..."you're not president yet." Would've loved to capture her expression! Spencer also was said to have mocked her for her refusal for taking any responsibility for ANYTHING! Anyway, if you saw the debate--who (in your opinion) won? And why?

In this election cycle the main montra I've heard from the Democratic party is that the Republicans need to be out becuase they turned a yearly surplus into a deficit. However, I have yet to hear one Democrat say how they would balance the budget or speak of their proposed legislation in the past 5 years to balance the budget.

The way I see it, the deficit has been a necessary evil. 9/11, Katrina and 2 wars have forced our budget to increase...our economy handed to us by Clinton and 9/11 forced the government to not cut any Federal programs, increase military spending and to lower taxes.

The Republican economic model has proven it's effectiveness, as seen by the booming economy. And the military spending cannot be lowered, with N Korea and Iran on the possible horizon. So what would the Democratic answer be to balance the budget? Will they raise or taxes or cut which Federal programs?

This question is directed at the current situation in North Korea. Why does the U.S. feel that countries like North Korea and Iran should not have nuclear weapons? The U.S. does, in fact, have the second largest armament of nuclear weapons on the planet, estimated at almost 10,000 warheads. Keep away ignorant and crude responses please.

Then why do you numbskulls want to amend the second amendment for non lethal weapons, so that all of the criminals and terrorists will have guns, while the good man has nothing. Susan was brought up in a very nice conservative home with a Father that went to work each day and a devoted mother that loved her. Susan graduates from High School and goes off to college. Susan comes home after being away at college for 6 Month's and announces to her family that she is now a liberal and no longer a conservative. Susan's father (a wise man) ask her how her grades are..she say's great..I've got a 4.0 Averg, how's your friend Brenda doing, she say's not well, she parties and doesn't study, she only has a 2.0, then he said why don't you give her one of your points that way you both will have a 3.0..Susan say's NO..I've worked hard for what I have, Brenda is a slacker who parties and only has fun..then Susan's father say's...honey are you sure your a liberal now?

It's been 5 years since 9/11 and since Osama was blamed for the attacks on the world trade center.

The GOP is using Osama in their ads, yet in the 5 years since 9/11, all they have provided are videos of Osama speking, no body, dead or alive.

Bush at one time said he wasn't that concerned about him. Yet they use Osama in their ads.

What is their true message, vote for us or the terrorist win? I think it's just another plot to terrorize the American public using their #1 spoke person, Osama.

They label poor white people "Rednecks" because they are angry and uneducated, yet they give a free pass to uneducated angry minorities like blacks and Latinos. Are they racists? Also, are they bigots for thinking that conservatives are racists?
