If Bush had any successes maybe things would be different then they are .He has been a complete failure just like he was in business .The only difference is the United States can print more money to cover the debts .We just need to collect it all back at some point .

It is stupid not to blame Bush for the stupid things he does. such as the Iraq war. We were in Afghanistan looking for Asama He dragged us into a war with Iraq for NO VALID REASON what so ever Now He does not know how to get our troops out He basically created the same type of situation that we had in 'Nam Damn Right I blame him for being a dumb ***. Other presidents Would Not Have Lost Sight Of Their 1st Objective. Capture Ossama

I have been alive for a good while, and in my life I have NEVER seen such poor job performance from any president of our country!
We have illegals running over the borders in droves, I heard on TV our deficit is like 80 trillion dollars, his judgment on going to war with Iraq was nuts, he is on vacation every time we have a major crisis in the country,(Katrina). What else could he possibly mess up? Maybe giving amnesty to millions of illegals in this country, some of whom may be terrorists!
Come on, if I performed my job like Bush does, I would be fired in a split second! It is stupid NOT to hold a president accountable. This is the highest office in the land. The well being of millions of people hinge on the president's ability to make sound decisions! It is time to hold these people responsible for their actions!

I don't agree with Bush on everything, but then I don't agree with any President on everything. I don't even agree with myself on everything. Overall, I think he has done a lot better than the alternatives we had in 2000 & 2004.
There are those who expect everything to be perfect. Of course this is not possible.
There are those who start with an assumption, in this case it is Bush can't do anything right, so they ignore anything good that ha pens & exagerate the bad.
For example the economy is doing incredibly well given everything that has hapenned in the last 6 years & the fact that we were in a recession when Bush took office.
Another example is blaming every Rep for Foley's behavior. For those of us old enough to remember (& young enough to have a memory) Studds, he actually had sex with pages, not just sent inappropriate emails. He continued to serve in Congress & was even given standing ovations & a commottee chairmanship.
IMHO, Gore as pres after 9/11 would have been a disaster. When I think of that possibility & how close the election was, it strenghtens my beleif that there is a God.

Um No...he is after all the commander in chief and the buck stops there. He and the republican party is to blame for the mess this country is in because they've controlled congress and the white house the courts for the past 6 years.

Truth is, freedom is worth fighting for. Unfortunately, those with a totalitarian mindset/worldview will also fight. Look, however, at the difference. Our fighting demands limits with regard to collateral damage. Their fighting is intended to create a lot of collateral damage. The difference? A fundamental belief that human life is valuable and a gift.
Fact is, like it or not, Pres. Bush is taking action based on basic principles rather than public opinion. It's sad that we have largely become a citizenry that bases it's decisions on opinion polls and the like, rather than a set of core values. Whether one agrees or disagrees with his handling of current issues, you have to admire his grit and mettle! A lesser man would have backed down long ago!
Forget the politics and spin!

Not at all he need to admit that he has failed in some (many) ways otherwise he deserves all of the blame he gets. Republicans and Conservatives blamed Clinton during his terms and after them as well. Bush has been tagged - it's his turn now.

I think he is just trying to adapt to a world that no one could have expected, the post 9/11 world. Though many, including myself, contend with many of his policies, the fact is, any president would have had to deal with these issues, and its not as clear cut on what should have been done as most people think.
