I think so. Socialism/Communism is an ideology that never gives up. Instead, it tries various strategies such as pretending to give up.
In the 1960s, the KGB developed a plan to defeat American by 'giving up' the Cold War and Communism. Then, Americans would no longer be wary of Socialism/Communism and that ideology could take hold of the American systems of education, media and politics.
Not only is Russia succumbing, so is America. Slowly but ... progressively.

Russians are doing exactly what America is doing.at least they tore their walls down,guess what,America is putting walls up.
