Susan was brought up in a very nice conservative home with a Father that went to work each day and a devoted mother that loved her. Susan graduates from High School and goes off to college. Susan comes home after being away at college for 6 Month's and announces to her family that she is now a liberal and no longer a conservative. Susan's father (a wise man) ask her how her grades are..she say's great..I've got a 4.0 Averg, how's your friend Brenda doing, she say's not well, she parties and doesn't study, she only has a 2.0, then he said why don't you give her one of your points that way you both will have a 3.0..Susan say's NO..I've worked hard for what I have, Brenda is a slacker who parties and only has fun..then Susan's father say's...honey are you sure your a liberal now?

LOL - now that is funny but true. I am not giving my point to people who are not willing to work to get their own point.
I am a conservative.

Political science majors are taught by the most liberal people on earth. They justify their opinions by calling everything communism that they disagree with. It is their "Catch all" word.

Let's see. I am currently seeking my Graduate Degree, I had a 3.4 GPA, currently work, and I believe the Republican Party is trying to destroy this country over the past 6 years.

What does your question mean? It means it doesn't make sense because you stereotype people. I know people collect Welfare, did not go to college, party, and be Republicans. It also means you have no clue. Come up with something better....

You are describing communism, not liberalism. A liberal wants no government control in their life. A communist wants a free ride.

That is the modern difference, yes. A lot of liberals don't seem to realize this with all of their socialist programs, do they? Just read their responses

I had a buddy who had a number of bumper stickers that learn "People suck", "Mean individuals suck", "first-class People Blow" and "Save the World, Kill Yourself" Later, I purchased his auto and spent a number of hours scraping the ones matters off. I put on t-shirts everyday as I am blue collar, I like undeniable ones or ones with physical activities groups on them.

Your allegory is about COMMUNISM not LIBERALISM.

liberalism emphasizes individual rights.

It is about freedom of thought for individuals, limitations on power, especially of government and religion, the rule of law, free public education, the free exchange of ideas, a market economy that supports relatively free private enterprise, and a transparent system of government in which the rights of all citizens are protected.

I hope this helps to clear up your confusion.

this is your idea of a libreral... so simple it can be boiled down into this little story?

this is the problem... Republicans all think they know what they are, but they tell all these little stories to each other to convince them that they are what they think they are... when in fact, all you're doing is telling stories...

if you think it's that simple... that's fine... but I think you're all horribly naive... keep telling your stories and whatever you do... DON'T TALK ABOUT THE ISSUES... right?
